One Good Shank Deserves Another.

This month, Sector Learning swung at the opportunity to donate a prize to The Prodigy Group‘s 2011 Prodigy Group Golf Tournament, occurring at Prospect Lake Golf Course, on September 16th, 2011 from 3:00 – 9:00 pm.

One lucky young professional will be walking away with a voucher redeemable for three hours of one-on-one training plus a one year eLearning license for any Microsoft Office software program that we teach.

How’s that for Ace!

We’re excited to have the opportunity to give back to a smashing organization that provides fun business networking opportunities for Victoria’s leading young professionals.

Furthermore, all proceeds from the event will be donated to Community Micro Lending and Junior Achievement.

Side note: A “Shank” is golf slang for a poor golf shot (according to Wikipedia).

  1. Thanks for writing this Kelly, and coordinating the donation to the most awesome Prodigy Group. I have been a supporter of Prodigy, mostly through GVCC, since they were still the Junior Chamber.
    Not a ‘shank’ at all…more like a ‘slice…of life’!
